All light curtain repairs are thoroughly evaluated and rigorously tested by some of our most experienced technicians.

After the initial test, every unit is then duration tested for at least 8 hours.

After duration testing, a second Sr. Technician or Supervisor again verifies the proper operation.

• Strain-test all cables and connections, using specifically designed equipment.
• Test communication ports with loop back testing, on purpose built stations.
• Replace scratched or broken lenses.
• Replace defective or questionable cables, connectors, cases, I.C chips and buttons.
