Our technicians have extensive experience repairing MIG, TIG, stick, induction, ultrasonic, or friction, arc welders and plasma cutters. They’ll do more than just fix it -- they’ll also clean it, replace the capacitors, and calibrate it to OEM specifications before we quickly get it back into your hands, ready to place into service.

Repair Procedures:

• Welder or Plasma Cutter will be evaluated when unit arrives.
• All defective parts will be inspected and replaced as needed.
• The welder will be cleaned, fully tested, and calibrated to OEM specifications.
• This is done by load bank or striking an Arc.
• Fans are replaced.
• Capacitors are replaced.
• Tested under full load capacity to ensure proper functionality.
