100 Horsepower Pump Test Station

At Paragon, we are able to simulate working conditions for nearly every hydraulic pump under the sun. Our 100 HP test stand is able to test at 5,000 PSI and up to 50 gallons per minute to find the pressure and flow rating.

Piston pumps, vane pumps, vacuum pumps and gear reducers are all given a simulated full load test for up to 140 minutes. Open loop and closed loop testing pumps are able to be tested.

Different controls are also able to be tested in this station. Standard control, remotely operated control, torque limiting control, horsepower limiting control and proportional controls are all able to be tested on our multi-purpose station.
