Paragon’s Scanner Repair Procedures:

• Replace damaged non-reflective lens with a new one, if scratched, broken or if it appears it’s not working well.
• Repair or replace any damaged housings located on the scanner. This would include, but is not limited to, gun housings, cords and parts that would warrant a replacement or OEM part.
• Test all barcode triggers for abnormal responses to input, in any case scenario.
• Verify scanner module’s functionality, in accordance with OEM.
• Verify communications between scanner and barcode or ASCII text input.
