It’s bad enough that you need a repair... The last thing you need is to worry about where it’s at, or how long you have to wait for it to be returned.

That’s why we keep our eyes on your product for you and why we believe you should be able to track it as well. From the moment your item arrives at any of our locations, you can easily check on the status of your critical repair.

Thanks to Paragon’s extensive tracking systems, you can always find out, at any time, where your repair currently is in the facility or how close it is to being back in your hands.

The system even reports to you when items arrive, and tells you who signed for it.

If the return carrier uses a tracking system (FedEx or UPS, for example), we’ve incorporated their online tracking system right into ours, for a seamless journey from receipt to re-installation.
