Paragon has developed custom test stands and procedures that simulate real world conditions including full dynamic loading. From 1 HP to 400 HP our certified electronics technicians will load test your drive to ensure it will work the first time, and every time.

Paragon was partially founded on drive repair over 25 years ago and many of those same technicians still work for us. This amount of repair experience is unmatched in our industry and it is what allows Paragon to provide you with a fast and cost effective drive repair solution.

Repair Procedures:

• Tighten / replace hardware as needed.
• Replace all electrolytic capacitors on every repair
• Load test up to 100% rated load.
• Verify communication with a PLC or PC.
• Test all VFD's in a dynometer. These are custom build testing equipment used for dynamic loading.
• Verify human interface module (H.I.M.) operation.
• Test servo drives on a family system or robot, dependent on the type of drive.
