Complete Redesign Improves Customer Experience And Functionality
Warren, Michigan May 15, 2012 – Paragon Technologies, Inc., a group of premier international service and repair centers for industrial electronic, hydraulic robotics, and servo controls, presented a totally re-designed Web presence today.
“Throughout our 25-year history, we’ve always taken great pride in the service we provide to our clients,” Kevin Schoensee, Paragon’s Chairman and President, said. “When our clients need us, they need us immediately. We felt our Website needed a complete redesign to better provide the same ‘rapid-response’ feel to the online customer experience that we’ve provide at each of our physical locations for years now.”
According to Schoensee, he’s known a redesign was needed for some time now.
First, he said, he needed to find someone he could trust. “This was more than a ‘web design’ project,” Schoensee said. “We wanted to see a massive shift toward streamlined usability and branding. Much of what we do is extremely technical and most of our services are time-critical for our clients. Our site needed to reflect not only a more modern look and feel; but it also had to be much more accessible and easier to navigate.”
Stafford Marketing, based in Cape Coral, Florida, worked in conjunction with ISOOSI Communications to envision and implement the project. “Stafford Marketing is the first marketing company I’ve worked with who was able to bring us a totally artistic approach to the improved online functionality we were looking for,” Schoensee said. “We’re thrilled with the results.”
