Dave Halme has worked at Paragon for 23 years. He started in the inventory department as a parts clerk while attending Oakland University as an economics major. Dave has also attended classes at Macomb Community College (Statistical Process Control) and Central Piedmont Community College (Business, and Electronic Engineering Technology) where he obtain an associates degree in business management.

Dave worked in a variety of departments in his early years including inventory, purchasing, pricing, and customer service. When Paragon purchased Canadian Servo & Electronics, Dave went to Oakville, Ontario as part of a Paragon management team to install the Paragon system and processes. After a 2 year stay in Canada, Dave returned to Paragon Technologies as a Production Manager in our electronics lab.

When we opened Paragon Atlantic in 2002, Dave moved down to Charlotte, NC as the Operations Manager. In 2008 Dave took on a new role on the sales side of the business. Currently Dave is Vice President of Sales for both the Great Lakes and Pacific divisions.
